They tried it many times already. One thing is sure - there will be blood. Have you purchased any firearms Michael ? Save for some cowardly gypsies and some import soccer player I see only white faces around - can you say the same ?
The russians have cheap hardware - very rugged as well.

Reality bites.
"The Equality & Diversity Policy Officer will be responsible for developing and providing policy to support the Council and its partners as employers and service providers in achieving their aims and objectives for delivering equality outcomes.
You will be required to work as a part of a small but committed Corporate Equality & Diversity Team, and influence colleagues at a corporate level internally and externally to ensure a consistent approach to equality and diversity policy development, review and assessments. This will further involve making recommendations with regard to matters such as research into policy scope and content, possible rationalisation, consistency, areas for improvements etc.
You will lead working groups, on specific policy issues and take part in and/or co-ordinate consultations/partnership engagement. This will include identifying good practice in policy development across other statutory, voluntary and private sector agencies, whether local, regional or national.
Alongside, the Head of Equality you will be involved in developing and delivering training and provide advice to managers about the implementation of equality policies and equality impact assessments, and where appropriate, deputise for the Head of Equality & Diversity at internal and external meetings.
As part of the small Corporate Team, you will liaise with Equality & Diversity Officers and provide supervisory support in order to meet the Corporate Equality & Diversity Team’s objectives.
The successful individual must be able to provide direction and leadership as well as deliver best practice and meet the strategic objectives of Wiltshire Council’s equality schemes within constrained circumstances.
Experience of within the policy development field and a strong demonstrative commitment to Equality related work would be advantageous, along with a sound understanding of appropriate legislation and regulations"
